This privacy notice applies solely and exclusively to this website, www.arianesherinephotography.com. If I change the contents of this notice, those changes will become effective the moment I publish them on this website. This notice was last updated on Monday 9th December 2024.

Personal data protection

I value your privacy as much as I do my own, so I am committed to keeping your personal information safe. To that end, you may access this website in its entirety without giving up any personal data whatever.

If you choose to disclose personal data, whether by telephoning me, sending me email, completing the contact form on this website, or making a booking, then—

  1. I ask for only the minimum necessary information from you;

  2. I will use this information only for the purpose for which you gave it;

  3. I will store it safely and I will not give anyone access to it, unless I am forced to do so by law;

  4. I will erase this information within twelve months of the last contact between us.

If you book a photo shoot with me, the fee will be taken by one of my payment processors, PayPal or Stripe. They will request such information as they need, and will process it in accordance with their own website privacy policies. Note that I never have access to your credit/debit card information.

Cookies

This website sets three essential, first-party cookies. These are strictly necessary to ensure the website works correctly; specifically, the appointment booking function. One of these is a ‘session’ cookie, which is deleted when you close your web browser. The others are ‘persistent’ cookies, which are deleted (i) 30 minutes and (ii) one month after your last interaction with the website. These cookies do not store any personal data.

Most web browsers nowadays block third-party cookies by default. If you consent through your browser settings to allow third-party cookies, then the domain app.squarespacescheduling.com may set a cookie. This is essential for keeping you logged in if you choose to create an account in the booking system.

Our payment processors may set cookies in line with their own privacy and cookie policies.
